Hey Everyone! So we have returned from our super fun cruise with Justin's family, where we enjoyed cruising over the calm waters of the Gulf to the Mexican ports of Cozumel and Pregresso, and now find ourselves held captive in our Galveston beach house as we weather the effects of Hurricane Dolly on the Texas coastline. What a difference a week can make!!
Here are some photos of our cruise. We all had a great time. Justin and I even got to enjoy some kid-free time. While the kids participated in fun and games at Camp Carnival and bunked up with their cousin John in Mam-ma and Grandpa's room each night, Justin and I got to enjoy some rare vacation time alone and were also able to hang out with the rest of the Bethancourt clan playing games, snorkeling, watching shows, eating nice dinners and doing other fun cruise activities. Thanks Mam-ma and Grandpa for taking us on this "FUN"ship!
Once we returned from the cruise, we had a couple of good weather days where the triplets were able to hit the beach with their boogie boards and ride some waves. As the days progressed, the waves got bigger. The boys were having a blast until the tidal surge and choppy seas, which accompanied our friend Hurricane Dolly, arrived. We now are just watching the surf and waiting for the wave action to subside so we can hit the beach again. In the meantime, Justin and I did some more shopping for our trip home to Indonesia and are contemplating how we are going to get all our purchases back. I think it will take us a whole day to pack!
